<p>PURPOSE: A double outer cover system for an apartment is provided to minimize the energy loss by reducing the ventilation load due to the switching of window and door through an optimal control. CONSTITUTION: A double outer cover system for an apartment comprises a ventilation unit(20), a sensing unit(30) and a controller(40). The ventilation unit opens and closes the flow passage with the switching motor while being installed in the upper and lower part of the outer window and door and the upper part of the inner window and door. The sensing unit detects the temperature of a hollow layer, the indoor temperature and the indoor carbon dioxide concentration. According to the signal of the sensing unit, the controller selectively operates a blind(15) and the ventilation unit. The controller comprises a MICOM, an input unit, a driving portion, a display unit, a voice output and a speaker. The MICOM stores and proceeds the operating algorithm. The input unit selects the operating mode. The driving portion controls the power applied in the motor of the ventilation unit and blind. The display unit outputs the operating state.</p> |
