<p>An object of the present invention is to find a novel pharmaceutical drug combination that does not promote the risk of bleeding as adverse reaction and is useful in the prevention and/or treatment of thrombus and/or embolism. The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising N1-(5-chloropyridin-2-yl)-N2-((1S,2R,4S)-4-[(dimethylamino)carbonyl]-2{[(5-methyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothiazolo[5,4-c]pyridin-2-yl)carbonyl]amino}cyclohexyl)ethanediamide represented by the formula (I): or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate thereof, and clopidogrel or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate thereof. The present invention also provides a kit comprising: a pharmaceutical composition comprising N1-(5-chloropyridin-2-yl)-N2-((1S,2R,4S)-4-[(dimethylamino)carbonyl]-2{[(5-methyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothiazolo[5,4-c]pyridin-2-yl)carbonyl]amino}cyclohexyl)ethanediamide represented by the formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate thereof; and a pharmaceutical composition comprising clopidogrel or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate thereof; which may be packaged separately.</p> |
