POLYIMIDE POROUS NANOFIBER WEB AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A polyimide porous nanofiber web and a method for fabricating the same are provided to ensure excellent porosity and thermal stability and to improve ion conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A polyimide porous nanofiber web has 60-99% of porosity and void distribution. The nanofiber web is formed in a fiber aggregate(10). The nanofiber web contains fiber(11) having 100-5,000 nm of average diameter. A method for fabricating the nanofiber web comprises: a step of dissolving a polyimide precursor in an organic solvent to prepare a spinning solution; a step of electrospinning the spinning solution at 850-3,500 V/cm to prepare polyimide precursor nanofiber web; and a step of imidizing the nanofiber web.
