A dispenser machine (10) for doughy food products comprising a framework (11), and a group (100) for dispensing substances associated to the framework (11), the dispenser group (100) comprising a removable hollow cylindrical element (12) for containing substances closed at a first end by a closure bottom (13), a piston element accommodated inside the container element (12) moveable from the first end up to an opposite end of the container element (12) to be filled with the substances, a compressor being foreseen accommodated inside the framework (11) and connected to the first end of the container element (12) for moving the piston element through compressed air, the machine further comprising an outlet group (14) of the substances coupled to the opposite end of the container element (12), with means for controlling the inner pressure of the container element (12) being foreseen as well as automatic means for reducing the internal pressure of the container element (12). |
