RADIO COMMUNICATION METHOD AND SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication method for efficiently performing channel switching in shorter time when communication interference from other communication systems is generated.

SOLUTION: The radio communication method has: a period notification step of notifying each radio terminal 2 from a radio base station 3 of detection report periods set for every radio terminal 2 so as to be mutually different periods between the radio terminals 2; an interference detection step for each radio terminal 2 to detect the communication interference with other communication systems, respectively; a detection report step of notifying the radio base station 3 of a detection result of the communication interference in the interference detection step as a detection report in each detection report period notified of the detection result by each radio terminal 2; and a channel control step of waiting for the detection report from each radio terminal 2 in each detection report period of which each radio terminal 2 is notified in the period notification step by the radio base station 3, and performing switching control of a common channel which should be communicated with each radio terminal 2 based on the detection report received from the detection report step.
