PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a situation in which an ambient atmosphere surrounding a fixation member inflows into an air blowing section for blowing separation air.

SOLUTION: An airflow speed setting section 3ba is provided with a first control mode (control mode for operating an air blowing fan 57 at an airflow speed for separation) and a second control mode (control mode for operating the air blowing fan 57 at a low airflow speed) as a switchable control mode. The air blowing fan 57 is controlled according to any one of the first control mode and the second control mode.
