<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete method of conducting a statistical analysis and determining contents to distribute in connection with distribution of rotation advertisement, thereby improving a click through rate and increasing an income of an owner of an affiliate site and sales promotional effects of sponsors. <P>SOLUTION: The system estimates an anticipated click through rate of each content when displayed on each user terminal, and transmits a list which is prepared so as to have a high probability of containing the contents whose anticipated click through rates are high, to a rotation advertisement display program operating on the user terminals.
