<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scheduling method for scheduling packets for a plural number n of video streams to be multicast or broadcast at a base station. <P>SOLUTION: A scheduling method selects a queue, in which a packet to be transmitted next will be scheduled, from available queues at each scheduling round. Selection of a queue is provided to a scheduler before selection, and performed based on an initial parameter set based on an average channel state averaged over two or more scheduling rounds. The parameter includes i) a number n indicating the number of each qi, ii) a modulation and coding scheme MCi for transmission, and iii) the number of users NUAVGi who are targets expected to receive a queue. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
