<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate set with good handling property of a polarizing plate protective film in a manufacturing process of a polarizing plate can restrain color shift without degrading the characteristics of an IPS mode liquid crystal display device having a wide viewing angle. <P>SOLUTION: The polarizing plate set for a liquid crystal display includes a first polarizing plate 20 and a second polarizer 30, which are disposed so as to sandwich a liquid crystal cell. The first polarizing plate 20 includes a first inside protective film 23, a first polarizing film 21, and a first outside protective film 23, which are laminated in that order. The first inside protective film 23 is made from an acrylic resin composition obtained by blending a transparent acrylic resin with 25 to 45 wt.% of rubber elastic particles having a number average particle diameter of 10 to 300 nm. In the first inside protective film 23, a internal haze value is 0.5% or less, an external haze value is 5% or less, R<SB POS="POST">0</SB>at a wavelength of 590 nm is 10 nm or less, and the absolute value of R<SB POS="POST">th</SB>at a wavelength of 590 nm is 10 nm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
