<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating apparatus capable of discharging a desired amount of a coating agent, and a coating method of the coating agent using this apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The coating apparatus for applying a releasing agent to an object by a given discharge pattern performs an initial work, in which a worker selects (step S1) the discharge pattern according to the object prior to the application of the releasing agent to the object, a discharge amount of the releasing agent per 1 cycle of the selection discharge pattern is calculated (step S2) for each output frequency of a predetermined inverter by a flowmeter, a regression formula expressing the discharge amount of the releasing agent per 1 cycle of the selection discharge pattern to the output frequency of the inverter is created based on the calculated discharge amount of the releasing agent and the output frequency of the inverter to the discharge amount, and the output frequency of the inverter to the discharge amount of the releasing agent necessary for 1 cycle of the selection discharge pattern is calculated (step S3) from the created regression formula. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
