<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm capable of properly controlling a sound level including alarm sound in response to fluctuation in battery voltage. <P>SOLUTION: An alarm operates with a battery 34 as a power source. An alarm processor 68 makes a speaker 36 of a notification section 32 output alarm sound indicating abnormality when detecting the abnormality from a detection signal of a sensor 26. To stabilize the alarm sound level from the speaker 36 at a voltage drop of the battery 34, an alarm sound level control section 70 directs a gain control section 64 to conduct gain control, causing increase in gain of an amplifier 62. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
