ENERGIZATION INSPECTION PROBE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energization inspection probe capable of securing a larger overdrive amount while avoiding an increase in installation space in a second direction and deterioration of mechanical strength.

SOLUTION: An energization inspection probe 100 includes a first connection part 120, a second connection part 130, an first arm part 140 and a second arm part 150. A needle tip part 110 is supported by the first arm part 140 or the first connection part 120. At least one of the first arm part 140 and the second arm part 150 has a spring region 170 which is bent on a plane defined by a first direction X1 and a second direction X2 to form a protrusion and a recesses alternately with respect to the first direction X1.
