The assembly (10) has a holding member (32) comprising a slat arrangement (40) with a set of slat-like holding units (42) i.e. thin slat lips, for supporting a seal element (12) at a body shell (14) and a component (22). One of the holding units of the slat arrangement is provided with a cover relative to the component, where the slat arrangement is partially arranged in a region of attaching units i.e. screw elements. The attaching units are partially covered by a part of the holding units of the slat arrangement. A shaft (24) is formed by the component.
