PURPOSE: A wheel camera module is provided to enable a user to take images without limit to the shooting distance of a camera since a camera module can freely rotate using a wheel operating unit. CONSTITUTION: A wheel camera module comprises a camera module(100), and a wheel operating unit(200). The camera module comprises a shutter, a lens module and a printed circuit board. The shutter controls the quantity of light flowing into the lens. The lens module forms external images. An image sensor, which converts and outputs optical signals input through the lens module to electrical signals, is mounted on the PCB. The wheel operating unit has a hemispherical shape. The wheel operating unit is coupled to one side of a mobile communication unit(300), which is the opposite side of where the lens of the camera module is located. |
