摘要 |
PURPOSE: A broadband light source using a Fabry Perot filter with high power is provided to efficiently use the electricity of a pump laser diode by dividing input light for each wavelength, which is actually used for optical communications among the total wave lengths and amplifying the light for corresponding wavelengths. CONSTITUTION: A broadband light source(300) uses a Fabry-Perot filter(332). A erbium doped fiber(320) amplifies an input light. A first optical coupler(310) combines a first pump light with the erbium doped fiber. A Fabry-Perot unit(330) divides a signal beam, which is connected to the erbium doped fiber and is inputted, into a specific wave. The Fabry-Perot unit reflects the signal beam of a separated specific wave and transfers the signal beam to the erbium doped fiber. The Fabry-Perot filter divides the signal beam into the specific wave.
