FUEL LEVEL SENDER UNIT AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A contact-less fuel sensor and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the soldering of a terminal from melting from injection heat, and enhance the operation reliability of a fuel sensor. CONSTITUTION: A contact-less fuel sensor comprises a holder(10), a gripper(20), and a float arm. A gripper mounting unit(11) is formed on the holder. A magnet(21), which a hall sensor(32) senses, is arranged in the gripper. The gripper comprises a fixing unit(22), which fixes the float arm. The gripper is mounted on the gripper mounting unit. The flat arm is fixed to the fixing unit of the gripper to rotate the gripper depending on the amount of fuel and sense the angle change of the magnet moving with the gripper at the hall sensor.
