<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head gasket that prevents condensed water from standing between an inner peripheral surface of a combustion chamber hole positioned on a lower side in a slope direction of a cylinder block and an upper surface of the cylinder block to prevent corrosion of the upper surface of the cylinder block, and prevents sealing performance between the cylinder block and a cylinder head from deteriorating. <P>SOLUTION: An inner peripheral surface 41b constituting a combustion chamber hole of a second gasket base plate 41 positioned on the lower side in the slope direction of the cylinder block 12 projects on a center axis O side of a cylinder bore 14 further than an inner peripheral surface 41c constituting a combustion chamber hole positioned on an upper side in the slope direction of the cylinder block 12.
