<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spindle device, in which imbalance in a lubricant amount supplied into a hollow part of a rotating shaft is hardly caused and the occurrence of temperature difference for each rolling bearing can be suppressed, even during high speed rotation. <P>SOLUTION: The spindle device has: the rotating shaft formed with the hollow part in the axial line direction; a housing for supporting the rotating shaft; a bearing composed of an outer ring, an inner ring, and rolling elements to support the rotating shaft rotatably in the housing; and a lubricant supply unit for supplying a lubricant from the outside to the hollow part of the rotating shaft.
