<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature steam cooker which carries out uniform treatment of a number of processing objects, attempting generation of low-temperature steam and homogeneous diffusion in the steaming treatment chamber. <P>SOLUTION: The low-temperature steam cooker includes: a steam reservoir 3 which once stores steam from a steam generator; an outside air mixing chamber 4 which communicates to the steam reservoir through a steam discharge port 31 and includes an adjustable outside air opening 41 for outside air suction; a steaming treatment chamber 5 which communicates to an outside air mixing chamber through a steam supply opening 61, integrally formed above the outside air mixing chamber. Inside of the steaming treatment chamber is partitioned into a diffusion area 6 containing the steam supply opening and a steaming treatment area 7 including an adjustable exhaust port 8 which adjoins above the diffusion area. Adjustment of an open condition of an adjustable exhaust port is performed by coordinating with close and open state of variable outside air opening, and desired low-temperature steam is formed. The processing object is stored from an steaming treatment area to a mounting shelf 71 which can be drawn out.
