PURPOSE: A payment system, method, counter terminal, management server, and operation method thereof are provided to prevent financial incident of an illegal terminal by requesting payment through a terminal device of a customer. CONSTITUTION: A counter terminal device(100) reads out a bar code of a purchase product and generates a calculation list. The counter terminal device generates a calculation bar code corresponding to the generated calculation list. A user terminal device(200) requests the authentication of the counter bar code. A payment server(300) informs the counter terminal device about a payment result.
