<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture having an LED element as a light source which is installed on a ceiling or the like, and can be improved in heat radiation performance. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting fixture 10 is provided with a cylindrical fixture body 11, an LED unit 12 to be housed in the fixture body 11, a power supply unit 13 which supplies power to the LED unit 12, a cover 14 which transmits light from the LED unit 12 and covers an opening of the fixture body 11, and an insulating cover 15 which is provided inside the fixture body 11 with a bottomed cylindrical shape and of which the height of side face is uneven.
