<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment sensitized solar cell as a practical example of carbon nanotube composite paper. <P>SOLUTION: Carbon nanotube composite paper 11 obtained by dispersion of carbon nanotube in pulp fiber of paper row material is impregnated with sensitization pigment 12 and electrolytic solution 13.
