<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cheap waste liquid treatment apparatus capable of treating waste liquid discharged during alkali storage battery production. <P>SOLUTION: A recovery system 1 comprises: an electrolytic cell 2; an anode chamber 4 and a cathode chamber 6 arranged in the electrolytic cell 2 and partitioned by an unglazed member 3; an anode 5 provided in the anode chamber 4; a cathode 7 provided in the cathode chamber 6; and voltage application means 8 for applying electrolysis voltage to the anode 5 and the cathode 7. The recovery system 1 supplies waste liquid 9 to the anode chamber 4, supplies recovery medium liquid 10 to the cathode chamber 6, and performs electrolyzation by applying the electrolysis voltage to the anode 5 and the cathode 7 with the voltage application means 8. The recovery system 1 moves a part of a metal ion in the waste liquid 9 to the cathode chamber 6 and gets aqueous solution including the metal ion in the cathode chamber 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
