<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which increases economics of production, is easy in integration to a facility for the mass production of an automobile wheel and simplifies carrying work regarding matching. <P>SOLUTION: The device changes a rotation direction angular position of a pneumatic tire with regard to a rim. The pneumatic tire is fixed to the rim and rotated by a rotary drive mechanism which can perform positioning. The device includes a manipulator device (1) including a gripper (2) having a gripper finger (17) adjustable in the radius direction including opposing lift-off devices (25, 29). The wheel can be attached to a gripping tool by the gripper (2). After removing a tire bead from the gripped rim, the pneumatic tire can be rotated around the rim by a calculated angular difference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
