<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power collecting electrode for a solar battery which has excellent adhesiveness to a transparent electrode layer and small contact resistance, a solar battery having the power collecting electrode and a method of manufacturing the solar battery. <P>SOLUTION: A power collecting electrode 6 is a laminate electrode member comprising a thin film metal layer 6a provided on a transparent electrode layer 5 and a metal particle layer 6b provided on the thin film metal layer 6a, and the metal particle layer 6b contains substantially no resin component and is formed of metal particles. The film thickness of the thin film metal layer 6a is in the range from 0.01 to 1 μm, and formed of alloy comprising any one metal or two or more metals selected from the group consisting of gold, silver, copper, palladium and platinum. The power collecting electrode 6 is particularly preferably used as a power collecting electrode for a solar battery having a chalcopyrite compound semiconductor layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
