<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge head and liquid discharge apparatus, which is hardly affected by noise and can suppress reduction in image quality due to noise. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid discharge head 100 includes a recording element substrate 1100, a base plate 1200 including a mounted surface 1200A on which the recording element substrate 1100 is mounted, and an electric wiring substrate 1300 configured to be electrically connected to the recording element substrate 1100.
