<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microfluidic chip, a microfluidic chip set and a nucleic acid analysis kit that can easily determine with high degree of sensitivity and high degree of accuracy whether a plurality kinds of genes are expressed at a predetermined dosage. <P>SOLUTION: The microfluidic chip includes: reagents 30, 31, and 32 which are nucleic acids amplifiable by a common primer with a target nucleic acid, and include a known amount of an internal standard nucleic acid having a different sequence from that of the target nucleic acid and the primer common to the target nucleic acid and the internal standard nucleic acid; and a fluorescence probe exhibiting different fluorescence changes from when binding to a part of an amplified product of the target nucleic acid and the internal standard nucleic acid and binding to the amplified product of the target nucleic acid and from when binding to the amplified product of the internal standard nucleic acid. The amount of primers and fluorescence probes included in wells 16 are different from each wells 16. The amount of the internal standard nucleic acid is the same as the amount of the target nucleic acid included in a reaction solution introduced in the wells 16 when the reaction solution of a reference specimen as a criterion to determine whether the target nucleic acid are expressed at the predetermined dosage is introduced in the wells 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
