<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope capable of achieving a simple and easy handling operation, and also, acquiring image data with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The microscope includes: a stage unit 2 with which a sample A is brought into contact; an optical system disposed under the stage unit, including a zoom lens unit 3 so as to form an optical image of the sample; an imaging device 401 disposed in an image forming position of the optical system with respect to the sample A so as to form the optical image thereon and convert the optical image to an electrical signal; an external output unit 503 to convert the electrical signal generated by the imaging device 401 to an image signal and output the image signal outside the microscope; a base 5 which holds the imaging device 401 and the external output unit 503; a support structure which supports the stage unit 2 on the base 5, and also, supports the optical system; a zooming operation unit 603 disposed between the base 5 and the stage unit 2 so as to move the zoom lens unit 3 along an optical axis; and a focusing mechanism supported under the stage unit 2 by the support structure so as to focus the optical system on the sample. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
