A method and system for implementing synchronization of an access stratum security algorithm are provided by the present invention. When transmitting a radio resource control (RRC) connection re-establishment message, a control plane notifies a user plane to start a decryption abnormity detection (100); the user plane performs the decryption abnormity detection for the service message received after the RRC connection re-establishment, and transmits a decryption abnormity instruction to the control plane when detecting the decryption abnormity of the service message (101); the control plane performs the corresponding abnormity processing according to the abnormity instruction (102). With the present invention, the abnormity of the access stratum security algorithm configured for the UE is detected in time when the RRC connection re-establishment, the waste of the bandwidth for the air interface invalid data packets is avoided farthest, the timeliness of the abnormity recovery is improved, and the user experience before and after switching is improved further. |
