<p>Spunbond process for producing a nonwoven fabric (4) with at least one nozzle tool (1) emitting filaments (2), comprises formation of the produced filaments into a nonwoven fabric made of: either a bicomponent filament comprising at least two polymers, in which the polymers of the bicomponent filament exhibiting different permittivities pass through a microwave field (6); or a monopolymer filament, in which the polymer additivated by fillers and adjusted with differing permittivity passes through a dielectric alternating field. Spunbond process for producing a nonwoven fabric (4) with at least one nozzle tool (1) emitting filaments (2), comprises formation of the produced filaments into a nonwoven fabric made of: either a bicomponent filament comprising at least two polymers, in which the polymers of the bicomponent filament exhibiting different permittivities pass through a microwave field (6), where a splicing and/or disruption of the filament takes place due to the difference in the dielectric loss values of the polymer; or a monopolymer filament, in which the polymer additivated by fillers and adjusted with differing permittivity passes through a dielectric alternating field, where a splicing and/or disruption of the filament takes place due to the difference in the dielectric loss values within the filament. An independent claim is also included for a system for producing the nonwoven fabric with at least one nozzle tool emitting filaments, where the produced filaments form a nonwoven fabric made of either the bicomponent filament comprising two polymers, or the monopolymer filament.</p> |
