The carrier has a carrying strap guided from inner sleeve holes of a garment to a collar region and/or a dress hanger, where the carrying strap is made of rubber. The carrying strap includes an attaching unit formed such that the carrier is hung over shoulders similar to a rucksack. A clip is provided at an end of the carrying strap for fastening the carrying strap in a region of the sleeve holes and the collar region or the hanger. An adjusting mechanism adjusts length of the carrier.
