PURPOSE: A monitoring system for monitoring the maintenance and repair of a floating type structure is provided to reduce the total cost of a floating structure by monitoring and repairing state information of a facility. CONSTITUTION: A receiver(200) receives event information which is necessary for the maintenance and repair of a floating type structure. An information processor(300) processes the received event information. The processed event information is transmitted to an output unit(400). The output unit outputs the transmitted event information. The event information between the information processor and the output unit is transmitted to an access point(500).
