PURPOSE: A bulb replacement device is provided to replace a bulb installed in a high place by a worker on the ground, thereby effectively reducing required manpower for bulb replacement and eliminate a cause for falling accidents. CONSTITUTION: An adsorption part(12) performs an adsorption process while being touched with a head part of a bulb in the upper end part of the central shaft of a bulb replacement device. A gripping part(10) covers the bulb in a lateral surface of the adsorption part. A manipulation button(30) fixes the central shaft. A spring provides tension to a holding part. A body(3) comprises the holding part, the spring, and the manipulation button.
