<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a silyl compound having an Si-O bond in the molecule by making a fluorosilane compound having an Si-F bond in the molecule and a hydroxy compound having a hydroxy group in the molecule react with each other. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the silyl compound represented by formula (3): A-O-SiR<SP POS="POST">1</SP>R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>includes making a fluorosilane compound represented by formula (1): R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>SiF and a hydroxy compound represented by formula (2):A-OH react with each other in the presence of a heterocyclic compound having basicity and an alkali metal salt (in the formulas, R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>, R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>are each independently 1-20C alkyl, 3-8C cycloalkyl, 2-20C alkenyl, 2-20C alkynyl, aryl which may have a substituent or a heteroaryl group which may have a substituent, and A is an organic group). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
