<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an arbitrary packaging machine among a plurality of packaging machines arrayed along the transportation direction of circuit boards to have an inspection function by photographing a portion of a circuit board to be inspected with a camera. <P>SOLUTION: On any transportation mechanism of a packaging machine module 12 among a plurality of packaging machine modules 12 arrayed along the transportation direction of circuit boards, an inspection camera unit for photographing a portion of a circuit board to be inspected can be mounted interchangeably with a packaging head 17. Further, on any feeder attaching stage of a packaging machine module 12, an inspection image processing unit 22 which processes an image signal outputted from the inspection camera unit 21 for inspecting a portion of the circuit board to be inspected is mounted interchangeably with a feeder 14.
