<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a fixing device for flow cell which facilitates the replacement work of a flow cell, and to shorten a DNA analysis time of a DNA analyzer using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A flow cell 2 is slid in an X-axis direction and mounted between a stopper 16 and a holder 18. Because a positioning slide Y holder 18 is fixed to a heat plate 13, a positioning slide Y17 attempts to move in a Y-direction. Because a positioning stopper Y16 is also fixed to the heat plate 13, the flow cell 2 is positioned by being pushed by the positioning slide Y17 and hit the positioning stopper Y16. The flow cell 2, the slide Y17 and the stopper Y16 are chamfered, and thereby the load in the Y-direction is converted into the load in a Z-direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
