<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC motor having impact resistance capable of supplying the air to a combustion chamber by a fan motor to prevent an influence that vibration when mixed gas of fuel and the air is exploded has on a brush attachment part of the DC motor. <P>SOLUTION: In the DC motor having the impact resistance, brushes are attached to grooves of the brush attachment part respectively and have bent parts which are bent, bent in the vicinity of the brush attachment part so as to contact a commutator segment. Each winding terminal is attached to a winding terminal attachment terminal at the shortest distance through a guide groove. In addition, the brush attachment part is provided with a slit, and the end of the brush is engaged into the slit. In addition, the upper part of the slit into which the end of the brush is engaged is covered by hard adhesives such as, for example, epoxy resin-based adhesives.
