<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize by narrowing the mounting space in a molded article suction unit and a molded article suction member which are provided in a molded article taking-out machine, for example, and when taking out a plurality of resin molded articles simultaneously from the inside of the mold, suck and hold each of the resin molded articles, for details, the molded article suction unit and the molded article suction member which are suitable for removing a plurality of small resin molded articles simultaneously by sucking and holding from the inside of the mold. <P>SOLUTION: The molded article suction unit comprises common exhaust pipes 23, 25 wherein a number of holes is formed on the outer peripheral surface at a product interval in the resin molded article in the axis line direction, a suction body 29 which has an opening recess 33 wherein one side surface is opened and the other side surface is closed, and a number of suction holes 33a for sucking the product of the resin molded article are formed on the upper part opposed to the product of the resin molded article, and has a fixing portion which is inserted and fixed to the common exhaust pipe and wherein an air flow path coinciding with the holes is formed on the base end side, a negative pressure generating means 37 which is stored in the suction body and connected to the suction holes, a compressed air supply unit 39 for supplying the compressed air to the negative pressure generating means, and a molded article suction member 3 which is provided on the opening side surface side of the opening recess, and equipped with a light detecting member comprising a light emitting member for irradiating the opening recess inside with the light and a light receiving member for receiving the returning light from the space portion.
