<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a thermoplastic resin sheet by pultrusion stretching, which prevents meandering from occurring, and allows the thermoplastic resin sheet to be favorably molded by pultrusion-stretching with an even thickness and even mechanical properties. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing a pultrusion-stretched thermoplastic sheet 1 by pulling the thermoplastic resin sheet 1 through a pair of pultrusion-stretching roles 5, 6 provided by arranging respective directions of axis lines O2 and O3 in parallel, there is provided a pultrusion-stretching role distance-controlling mechanism 10 which measures distances across a pair of the pultrusion-stretching roles 5, 6 at a plurality of positions and adjusts a position of the one pultrusion-stretching roles 6 based on a result of measurement when generating a fluctuation in a distance across a pair of the pultrusion-stretching roles 5, 6 so as to maintain even a distance of a pair of the pultrusion-stretching roles 5, 6 from one end to the other end in directions of axis lines O2, O3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
