<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device including a wavelength conversion element to change an oscillation wavelength of a laser beam in which temperature adjustment of a wavelength conversion element is efficiently and highly precisely achieved with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: In an optical device 1 having a silicon substrate 10 on which a wavelength conversion element 20 is mounted as an optical element; micro bumps 30a, 30b are provided, which comprise heaters 40a, 40b formed on the silicon substrate 10 and Au, join the silicon substrate 10 and the wavelength conversion element 20 to each other, and transfer heat generated in the heaters 40a, 40b to the wavelength conversion element 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
