<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specific framework and frame structure in a space truss, a stilted pile-seismic-isolation structure, and a simplified method of shaft member joints, so that structural resistance and disaster-prevention performance against all kinds of natural disasters and natural environments are improved, so that replacement of decrepit components becomes possible, reducing the cost, and so that usage of forest thinnings is promoted. <P>SOLUTION: Space truss's shaft members 1 or 2, to which various components are attached with large-diameter bolts 6, are connected at their axial center to ball nodes 3 with large-diameter stud bolts 4, realizing improvement in structural resistance and workability of frameworks and frame structures, weight saving, and cost reduction, of the space truss structure. Damping cum restoring capacity of high-floored piles 8 or 9 connected to the space truss's frame work and frame structure, and the soft-first-story characteristics of the stilted structure, enable prevention of damage caused by earthquake or tsunami, and also enable replacement of the uppermost section of the piles to level height differences among the piles in case uneven settlement occurs in a soft ground. Usage of large-diameter stud bolts enables replacement of any decrepit member, lengthening the service life of the structure. Forest-thinning material locally available around the construction site are used wherever possible for wooden shaft members or wooden piles intending to preserve forests and to support local forestry as well as lumber industry. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
