摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber reinforcing fiber which can achieve excellent adhesion between rubber and fiber even at high temperature. <P>SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a rubber reinforcing fiber, fiber is treated with a treating liquid containing a blocked polyisocyanate in a first bath, and then with a treating liquid containing resorcinol/formaldehyde/rubber latex(RFL)-based adhesive in a second bath, where the blocked polyisocyanate in the first bath is a compound (I) having a structure of HDI (hexamethylene diisocyanate) trimer. Furthermore, it is preferable that the blocked polyisocyanate be trifunctional or higher functional and that the blocked polyisocyanate be a dimethyl pyrazole block substance, and that an adhesion amount of the compound (I) on a surface of the fiber be 0.05-1.0 wt.%.
