The disclosed monitoring/control device extends the operating life of a wind farm while controlling active power output in accordance with power-system demands. Said monitoring/control device (3), which is applied to a wind power generation system that has a plurality of wind power generation devices, is provided with: an estimation unit (31) that estimates the degree of deterioration of each wind power generation device; a group generation unit (32) that generates wind power generation device groups by grouping the wind power devices on the basis of degree of deterioration; and a power control unit (33). When a request to decrease active power is received from a power system, the power control unit decreases the active power, prioritizing wind power generation devices in a high-deterioration wind power generation device group, which includes wind power generation devices with high degrees of deterioration, over wind power generation devices in wind power generation device groups other than the high-deterioration wind power generation device group.
