The polypeptides can significantly reduce the level of triglyceride in blood and protect pancreas beta cells. The use of the polypeptides in treating diabetes will not result in hypoglycemia. The polypeptides are enzymolysis-resistant and suitable for the preparation of a medicament for oral administration.
