PURPOSE: A porous nanofiber web is provided to easily impregnate an ion conductor and to continuously maintain excellent ion conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A porous nanofiber web has a hydrocarbon porous support(10) which is formed in a web. A porous compound layer(20) has web form having 0.01-0.15 S/cm of ion conductivity.
