PURPOSE: A power circuit is provided to reduce a ripple current of input and output by switching a switching element and to miniaturize a reactor in case the reactor is connected to an alternating input line. CONSTITUTION: A first power source circuit comprises first and second switching elements(16,17). A second power circuit comprises third and fourth switching elements(18,19). The second power circuit is paratactically installed with the first power source circuit. A control circuit(26) shifts on and off timing of the first switching element and the third switching element when alternating current voltage is positive. The control circuit shifts on and off timing of the second switching element and the fourth switching element when alternating current voltage is negative. The alternating current voltage is applied in an S1 line through a reactor(14).
