PURPOSE: By using the solar energy, it heat-collects and the energy density is increased accordingly. The electricity of ampholyte can be produced by using the draft power. The early stage installation cost can be reduced by using the power-transmission tower. CONSTITUTION: A wind power generator(100) using the power-transmission tower comprises a power-transmission tower(20), a ventilating duct(21), a heating duct(30), and a wind power turbine generator(40). The ventilating duct is fixed perpendicularly within the power-transmission tower. In the upper end of the ventilating duct, a vertical part(21a) and a horizontal part(21b) getting ready the air outlet are formed. It is connected to the vertical part lice bottom and the horizontal part spreads toward the outside of the power-transmission tower. The heating duct is communicated in the ventilating duct, is made into the thin plate of the metal with high the thermal conductivity. The external side of the heating duct is spreaded to the paint in which the black or the heat collecting effect has. The external side of the heating duct is plated to the black metal. The wind power turbine generator is installed in the ventilating duct.
