PURPOSE: An outer lens for a vehicle rear lamp and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to connect a first lens and second lens through an insert injection process in twice, thereby reducing costs required for outer lens manufacturing by omitting an expensive face-to-face injection process for mold manufacturing. CONSTITUTION: A second lens(50) is arranged while keeping a distance from a first lens(30). An outer lens(10) comprises a connection part. The connection part connects the first lens and second lens by an insert injection process. The connection part is comprised of the same material as the first lens. The connection part is comprised of the same material as the second lens.
