<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ALC crushed particles which satisfy the three conditions of good sound absorption, moisture absorption and emission, and mechanical strength in respect of heightening the added value of ALC crushed particles recovered from construction and demolition waste. SOLUTION: The ALC crushed particles having a particle diameter of 0.3-6 mm is resin coated ALC crushed particles coated with acrylic latex, whose acrylic latex amount converted into solid is characteristically 2-40 parts by weight in ALC crushed particles of 100 parts by weight. ALC crushed particles 7 are injected in a jet flow tower, and hot air is supplied therein by a blower 1. A dispersion liquid of latex resin is sprayed from a spray nozzle 4 at a predetermined temperature to coat ALC crushed particles.</p> |
