PURPOSE: A pharmacy reservation relation service system and method thereof are provided to enable a user to search pharmacy where includes desired drugs by providing prescription to a user terminal apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A terminal apparatus(100) requests a pharmacy reservation service based on prescription information in which is provided from a predetermined hospital server(50). A pharmacy reservation service server(200) provides pharmacy lists according to the prescription information to the terminal apparatus when the pharmacy reservation service is requested from the terminal apparatus. The pharmacy reservation service server provides reference information according to each pharmacy.
